Important These Terms of Service contain important information about your legal rights and obligations, including limitations on DailyWear AI's liability and the scope of AI-generated outputs. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DailyWear AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.


These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DailyWear AI Ltd ("we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By creating an account you confirm that you are 16 or older.


If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.


We do not knowingly permit children under 16 to use the App. If we discover a user is under 16, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

3. Description of Service

DailyWear AI provides AI-powered virtual clothing try-on, body measurement estimation, fit analysis, and wardrobe management features. The App requires you to upload body photos and/or clothing images which are processed by artificial intelligence systems.

4. AI Disclaimer — Important

Please read this section carefully.

The AI features in DailyWear AI are provided for personal styling guidance only. They are NOT a substitute for professional tailoring, medical advice, body-composition analysis, or any other professional service.


Limitations of AI outputs:

  • Virtual try-on images are artistic approximations — they may differ significantly from how a garment actually looks or fits on your body.
  • Size recommendations are estimates based on limited data. Always check the retailer's size chart before purchasing.
  • Colour, texture, and proportions in generated images may not accurately represent the real garment.
  • Body measurements derived from photos are approximations and should not be relied upon for precision-critical purposes.
  • AI models can produce unexpected or incorrect results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output.

DailyWear AI is not liable for any purchasing decisions, returns, or dissatisfaction arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Body Image & Wellbeing

DailyWear AI is designed to help you make confident clothing choices — not to evaluate, judge, or alter your body.

  • AI-generated images show an approximation of clothing fit. They do not represent an ideal body shape or appearance.
  • If using the App causes you distress about your body image, we encourage you to stop using it and seek support from a qualified professional.
  • We design our AI prompts and outputs to be body-neutral and respectful. We never display comparative body metrics or suggest body modification.

6. Prohibited Uses — Anti-Deepfake & Misuse Policy

You agree that you will NOT use DailyWear AI to:

  • Generate, distribute, or share images of another person without their explicit consent.
  • Create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent images ("deepfakes").
  • Produce inappropriate, sexual, violent, harassing, or defamatory content.
  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent AI-generated content as real photography.
  • Upload images of minors (under 16) or any individual who has not consented.
  • Use outputs for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising, resale) without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI systems or APIs.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Your Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload to the App.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
  • AI-generated try-on images are created for your personal use. You may save, share, or screenshot them for non-commercial purposes.
  • All App branding, design, code, and non-user content remain the intellectual property of DailyWear AI Ltd.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

  • DailyWear AI is a subscription-based service. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Refunds are handled by the Platform Stores per their refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon account deletion, all personal data — photos, measurements, AI-generated images, and profile data — will be permanently erased within 30 days.
  • Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

10. Data Deletion Policy

We believe you should have full control over your data:

  • Delete individual items — remove specific try-on results or wardrobe items at any time.
  • Delete your account — removes all personal data, photos, AI outputs, and profile information permanently.
  • Account deletion can be initiated from Profile → Delete Account or by emailing privacy@dailywear.ai.
  • Upon deletion, data is purged from our primary database and storage immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.
  • Third-party processors (Supabase, OpenAI) delete transmitted data per their retention policies and our data processing agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailyWear AI Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
